The Scrum Artifacts

There are three main artifacts in Scrum:

• Product Backlog: The Product Backlog is a prioritized list of all the work that needs to be done to complete the project. The Product Owner is responsible for maintaining the Product Backlog.
• Sprint Backlog: The Sprint Backlog is a list of the work that the team has committed to completing during the Sprint. The Sprint Backlog is created during Sprint Planning.
• Sprint Burndown Chart: The Sprint Burndown Chart is a graph that tracks the progress of the team towards completing the Sprint Backlog. The Sprint Burndown Chart is updated daily.
